Mummy's bags: The clutch

A recent addition to my bag collection is this lovely clutch from YSL. To be honest the picture doesn't really do it any justice, because it's so much more beautiful in real life. Still tucked neatly in its bag at the moment, safe sound. But tomorrow I'm taking the pretty little thing out for its very first spin. Me and the hubby have been invited to this fancy dinner party and I'm pretty sure that the clutch will compliment my new dress from Topshop. So follow this page. More pics to come.

The little one likes it best when its comfy, especially during his "I don't want to sit still" stage. He is everywhere these days so tracksuit bottoms suits his "way of living". I went crazy at this shop in the west coast who had Katvig clothes. A bit pricey, but most of the things that I got were on sale. Check their website out: http://www.katvig.dk/collection/. I've been wanting to get hold of this skirt for ages, but I've been a bit hesitant because of the price.  Every now and then I get a reminder in my mailbox from Shopbop that it's been in my cart forever: Buy it already! So I did and it arrived a couple of weeks ago.

It's already a staple in my wardrobe and I love love love it. Worth the investment.

Went all feminen and wore this 50's style dress I bought ages ago. Can't even remember where, but it was in London somewhere. Not what I would usually wear nowadays, but thought hubby would like it and so he did :-)

Material girl

Being more conscious about ones economy is easier when you have a kid, hence banning myself from spur of the moment shopping. I therefore vowed myself that once I got to Stockholm I wouldn't go crazy in the shops. However, being the person that I am, I did end up with a few things. I must say though to my defence that I only bought some key essential pieces and most of them were on sale. So instead of usually causing myself backpains by carrying several shopping bags, I ended up walking the streets of Stockholm painfree.

Outfit: Date Night

Hubby and I had our first date night since the little one was born. I was really looking forward to a night out, but also a bit apprehensive leaving the little one with the babysitters. Acting brave I got ready for our night out. The act didn't last for long as I admitted defeat and shed a tear or two in the car on our way to the restaurant. However, I did manage to have a really good time. Enjoyed the company of hubby, his brother and wife. It was like being back in the good old days, but much better. I'm lucky enough to have a beautiful son to come home to.
